We are looking for a cool, eco-minded, and extremely motivated individual with positive energy to be part of our team in Miami. POSITION NEEDED: Fulfillment Coordinator
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Fulfillment
Fulfill, invoice, and ship orders
Count and receive online merchandise
Conduct quality control procedures before shipping orders
Organize inventory and arrange as needed
Conduct inventory control as needed
Process returns/exchanges
Customer Service and Administration
Contact customers regarding issues with orders, backorders,etc.
Reply to online customer e-mails
Filing of invoices, receipts, and customer records
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Successful candidates shall demonstrate the following characteristics and skills:
Excellent customer service skills, excellent follow-through, and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience with Inventory, fulfillment and customer service (not required but a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Quickbooks (not required but a plus)
Educational Requirements: College degree
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
