And The Women Gather Literary Jazz Brunch is the only event in South
Florida where women gather for Joy and Empowerment at the same event.
"It is not by accident it is held every year in March to celebrate
Women's History Month," says Lorna Owens, Life Coach, Author Everyday
Grace Everyday Miracle, Radio Talkshow Host, and Founder of the event.

This year's event is been held at the Ritz Carlton, Coconut Grove on
March 29, 2008 from 11 AM - 3 PM.

Our amazing Authors are Lee Thomas, Turning White; Dr. Dandridge
Collins, The Trauma Zone; Maria Elena Salinas, I Am My Father's
Daughter. Living Life without Secrets; Leslie McGuirk, Wiggins at the
Four Season; and Teresa Rodriguez, Daughters of Juarez. A True Story of
Serial Murders.

We have an incredible soulful brunch and live jazz with Ike and Val
Woods.

In addition to our Charity, Women Behind Bars, we will be
selling great organic coffee from Tanzania. Proceeds to benefit
Outreach Africa.org.
A cool addition this year is our Store. Attendees will be able to
purchase “And The Women Gather” pendants handmade in Peru, books, bags,
personal care products, coffee and much more.

"Last year the women were dancing in the aisles, and they will again this year," says Owens.
