The Grammy-Award-winning virtuoso pianist brings his inimitable blend of jazz and classical to the Knight Concert Hall with his own Piano Concerto, performed with the Florida Symphony. Also on the program are works by Sibelius and Ginastera, conducted by José Antonio Molina.
Camilo's composition "Why Not?" was recorded by Paquito D'Rivera as the title tune for one of his albums, and The Manhattan Transfer won a Grammy Award for their vocal version in 1983. His first two albums were titled Why Not? and Suntan/In Trio.
