Daily candy- new restaurant- Hot Tuna

Tune a Fish
Hot Tuna Restaurant Opens
hot seat!

Want to take a walk on the wild side?

Let the good times roll at Hot Tuna. It’s more than a feeling; it’s an Asian fusion eatery that will rock you.

Atop the back-in-black granite bar, the staff performs dance numbers to Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, and other free birds. Love madly the imported silks, snakeskin banquettes, and double-sided screen playing Japanese videos.

You ain’t seen nothing yet — until you’ve tasted the lump crab with lime aioli, seaweed salad with plum dressing, or glazed chicken with roasted cashews and mandarin oranges. Two more tickets to paradise: dim sum (Kobe beef pot stickers, lobster dumplings) and the Hot Tuna Tastes (white miso-brushed sea bass). Or light your fire with yakitori (grilled meat), as in chicken and green garlic skewers.

And for dessert, coconut terrine.

Waiting is the hardest part.

Very unique place with exquisite food. The music was fantastic and the entertainment was almost as good as the food.
