One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) is an amazing initiative started by Nicholas Negroponte two years ago aiming to provide affordable laptops for those without the means to access technology. www.laptop.org
Design Miami and Luminaire are teaming up for an online auction benefiting OLPC. Please visit www.luminaire.com to bid on XO Laptop inspired art from seven top artists or purchase one of 100 original Cathy Opie prints for $500 (includes print and purchase of laptops for two children).
