Sleepless Night

Set your clocks now to fall back and culture forward because Sleepless Night will be in Miami Beach in the blink of an eye! From dance performances and sculpture gardens to live bands and street parades, the free, 13-hour innovative cultural affair will get underway at 6 p.m. and not stop till sunrise at 6 a.m. the next day. Sleepless Night is a collaboration of all the city's major cultural institutions, theaters, galleries, and arts organizations, along with hotels, shops, nightclubs, restaurants and individual artists and presenters. Events for children will be held during the earlier part of the night. Free public transportation will connect four major zones of activity - North Beach, Collins Park, Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. Live performances will take place on the buses so that participants will not miss a moment of culture.
